SIPS Panels
Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) are high performance building components that can make a home build faster, more energy efficient, and durable. Sandwiched between two oriented strand boards (OSB) you have an insulating foam core that offers superior energy efficiency to save you on your energy bills.
ICF Foundations
Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF Blocks) are hollow, lightweight foam blocks, stacked like LEGO bricks instead of concrete masonry units (CMUs). The concrete is poured into the hollow interior after layout to create permanent, high-performance insulated foundation walls. These offer superior energy efficiency, strength, and moisture resistance for the life of the home.
